Resolute Health and Wellness providers take the time to know you. Appointments are longer than other medical offices. We will consider your current lifestyle, as well as your history. If you have difficulty remembering names of medications, dates of past illness, allergies, please have your medical records available to reference. This will allow for the best plan of care moving forward.

Payments must be made in full at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards. Receipts can be provided at request to submit for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.    

Resolute Health and Wellness Remains Out-Of-Network because we refuse to let insurance dictate your care. Remaining out-of-network allows our Providers to offer a more comprehensive and holistic treatment approach, while billing you less than if insurance was used. Our mission is to support stronger wellness lifestyle. This translates to less need for chronic medical care over time. 

Many insurance plans will reimburse for out-of-pocket services. Please let us know if you need receipts. We are happy to assist you with claim receipts. Please discuss options with your insurance plan. 

Hydration and IV services are rarely covered by insurance plans, although beneficial to many individuals. If you have questions, please discuss your unique coverage with your insurance company before services are given. 

Resolute Health and Wellness will charge a cancellation fee of $75  if cancelled within 24 hours of  the appointment. Our goal is to serve as many individuals as possible at times that work for everyone.
